Innisfree green tea sleeping pack

Hey everyone this is the first post of this blog and I'm excited to start this blogging journey. I decided to start the blog by posting a favorite product from a brand I love, that's right it's in the title the Innisfree green tea sleeping pack.
Firstly you need to know that Innisfree is a south korean brand that's all about being organic. It's hugely popular for its green tea line and jeju orchid line.
Now to the product itself I got the green tea mask a while back and began incorporating it into my night time routine once every three days. I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed by it. I'll break it down from the outside to the inside

Innisfree green tea sleeping pack - 80ml

The packaging is really cute. I thought the colors green and off white went well together. The outer box is printed with soy ink

  • soy ink is environment friendly
  • it reduces paper fiber damage on ink removal during recycling this makes recycled paper to still hold their integrity and brightness
The mask comes in a screw cap tub and its about 80 ml in quantity. The tub is beautifully designed is the same green as the cover and the cap is a darker shade of green with the name Innisfree notched to it, the only downside to this is having to dip into it which I find to be unhygienic. Innisfree if you're reading this please send spatulas with the newer shipments thanks, xo.

Now the product is white with small dissolving beads and has a watery consistency. It has a mild almost fresh fragrance. I personally like it and usually don't mind scented products but for those of you with a sensitive nose this might be a little overwhelming.
According to their website the tiny beads antioxidant from the green that also help in brightening the skin tone. It dissolves pretty easily and I've put a picture of my really dry hands to show you the effects

The first picture shows a few beads some are crushed these beads are really soft and you can't really tell that they're present unless you see them and they get mashed pretty easily and the second picture shows the immediate effects.
Usually when I apply the mask I use it after the ordinary lactic acid (will make a post about it) the mask feels like it sits on my skin but in the morning when I wake up my skin is amazingly moisturized and is very soft. I have combination skin that's very dry around my mouth and nose but very oily in my T-zone and cheeks but the mask never made me break out nor did it worsen any of my breakouts if I happened to have any during the application.

Pros:

  • very moisturizing
  • does not break out
  • suitable for all skin types
  • Eco-friendly
  • free from parabens, synthetic colors and mineral oil
Cons:

  • strongly scented
  • slightly pricey

You can buy it directly from the innisfree site they provide global shipping or from stylekorean which is a k-beauty online shop.
